Include the server, page URL, VOD ID if relevant, what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if it helps.

Use the Report Issue button in the footer from the page where the problem happened.
Describe the exact action that failed and whether it happened on localhost, Vercel, or Discord.
Include the page URL and VOD/player/guild if the issue is tied to a record.
For urgent privacy or access issues, DM Vhergo directly.

Use Feature Request in the footer for workflow ideas, UI changes, bot commands, or review tools.
Explain the problem first, then the feature you think would solve it.
Mention whether it matters for guild mode, No Guild mode, reviewers, players, or admins.
